高职院校参与新农村建设的机遇与策略

我国新农村建设的实施极大地激发了农民自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的主人翁意识,但是,在实践运用中也日渐暴露出农民自治能力不足与农村建设的主力军严重流失等问题。由此,我国高职院校获得了以培训返乡农民工为契机、积极主动地参与新农村建设的时代机遇。高职院校参与新农村建设的基本策略在于：办学理念的拓展,专门机构的组建,双向互动式的介入,新型农民的培养,以及新农村建设的全面参与。

Opportunity and Strategy of Vocational College in the New Rural Development

The carrying out of new rural construction of our country has aroused peasant＇s self-administration,self-education and self-service,but in practice some problems,such as peasant＇s self-governing deficiency and main workforce loss,also gradually exposed.The financial crisis outburst causes a peasant laborer to return to the home-town in large amount.So the vocational college obtained the chance to train the peasant laborer and participate in new rural construction.The fundamental tactics lies in spreading out concept,building the special agency,getting involved in by mutual action,cultivating new peasant and participating new rural construction entirely.
