| 摘 要： | 清朝统治者较历朝历代的统治阶层更加关注满族的家庭教育.究其原因:统治阶层出于维护和加强满族统治的需要,保持满族民族特色及加强军事力量的需要,满族子弟出于个人从政入仕的需要.满族的家庭教育对提高满族的民族素质功不可没.

| Abstract: | Manchu of Qing Dynasty paid more attention to family education than any other dynasties.The main reasons are the following : the ruling class wanted to maintain and reinforce its control,to keep the characteristics of his people,to enlarge his military force,and their children wanted to become high officials in the ruling class.The improving of Manchu nation quality should be partly attributed to family education of Manchu. |
