| 摘 要： | 用精确的逻辑思维指导法律语言实践是法律文书具有说服力的基础,逻辑思维以概念、判断、推理为其反映形式.本文拟从逻辑思维的基本要素之一的概念出发,来阐述概念明确是保证法律语言更好地服务于法律实践的第一要义.
