高校学报编辑综合素质提升及途径

在当前高科技信息为主导的知识经济时期,高校学报发展面临着许多机遇和挑战。因此,学报编辑人员亟需提高自身素质,全方位提高自身的专业品质服务水平。结合现今高校学报编辑队伍现状,提出高校学报编辑应具备的综合素质,并从建设学习型编辑部、加强业务培训等方面探讨了提高高校学报编辑素质的主要途径。

A study on the measures to enhance the overall quality of university journal editor

In the current high-tech information-driven era of knowledge-based economy,university journal is faced with many opportunities and challenges;therefore,it is an urgent need for journal editors to improve their own quality and professional-quality service levels.This paper analyzed the current situation of editorial team of university journals and put forward the comprehensive quality which university journal editors should possess,based on which the paper talked about the main way to raise the quality of university journal editors from the construction of learning editorial department and strengthening of operational training,etc.
