| 摘 要： | 现代忧患意识经过历史的演变,在现实的基础上,继承和发展了历代忧患意识的精华,表现出与历代忧患意识不同的新特点,具有主体的人民性、普遍性,内容的全面性,指向的高层次性和作用时间的快捷性等特点。现代忧患意识对于全面建设小康社会、加强党的执政能力建设具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | On the realistic basis, modern consciouseness of worrying inherits and develops quintessence of the past and demonstrates new characteristics different from the part:it affinity to the people , universality of the subject , the comprehension of the content , high level and swiftness of function. Modern consciousness of worrying has great realistic meaning to build well-off society and strengthen administrative ability of CPC.. |
