| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的时代。面对知识经济的挑战,高等教育如何承担起培养高级专门人才、发展科学技术文化和促进现代化建设的艰巨任务,成为高等教育研究的重要课题,也是摆在高等教育工作者面前的历史使命。该文通过对知识经济的概念、内涵、特点,以及知识经济社会对人才需求的分析,提出了知识经济背景下高等院校的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is the developed era of knowledge economy. Faced with the challenges of knowledge economy, how to work well for fostering highly specialized talents to improve the developments of science, technology and culture as well as modernization process, has become a focus topic in higher education. This paper puts forward some patterns of cultivating highly specialized talents under the development of knowledge economy based on the analysis of the concept, meaning and characteristics of knowledge economy and request to talents in the knowledge economy society. |
