论古典婚礼根植于人之情性

长期以来,中国古代婚姻制度的研究存在着不少误解,今重新梳理《仪礼.士昏礼》、《礼记.昏义》等三礼文本,推阐礼意,略作检讨。古典婚礼在本质上根植于人之情性,故在典礼的设置中蕴含了男女平等和相互尊重两条基本原则,其所设礼节处处紧扣于此,而夫妻合体和孝顺父母又是婚礼凸显的核心观念,故成妻、成妇两项仪节成为古典婚礼之重心。所有这些都是为着婚姻能够长久,家庭能够和睦的人性目的。关于婚龄与婚期曾滋生千古聚讼,诸说在历史上的删汰去取,同样一以礼制将回归人之情性为尚。当今的婚俗改革,正宜抉发古典婚礼的精神内核,必须充分为人之情性张本。

The Chinese Classical Wedding Rooted in Human Nature

There were much misunderstanding for a long time in the study on ancient marriage system in China,so this article elaborates on the texts of Sanli,and tries to illustrate the meaning of the ritual orders.The Chinese classical wedding was essentially rooted in human nature,contained in the ceremony to set gender equality and mutual respect,two basic principles,in which the set of courtesies closely everywhere.In another respect,couple united and respecting partents were the two key concepts of Chinese classical wedding which resulted in that the ceremony of becoming a wife and a daughter-in-law for women,the two instrument sections,become the focus of the classical wedding.All of these were based on the human purpose that the marriage would last longer,and the family could be more harmonious.The issues of marriageable age and of wedding day once argued back and forth,and agreed to return the ultimate conclusion for the purpose of human nature all the same.Finally picking out the kernels spiritual and fully developing the human nature of the classical wedding would cultivate and benefit the current marriage custom reform.
