毛泽东、邓小平对外开放思想比较

毛泽东和中国共产党在民主革命时期就主张发展对外关系。新中国成立后 ,中国主要向苏联、东欧社会主义国家开放。 5 0年代末以后 ,我国的对外开放没有取得很大成就。“文化大革命”结束以后 ,邓小平提出大力发展对外经济关系的主张 ,并在理论和实践上把对外开放提高到一个新的水平。毛泽东和邓小平对外开放思想既有共同点 ,又存在明显的区别。
