摘    要:知识经济的快速发展,使人力资源管理走向了以人的知识、智力、技能和实践创新能力为核心内容的"能本管理"。文章阐述了能本管理理念的含义,分析了能本管理理念提出的时代必然性和现实意义,提出了能本管理理念在现代人力资源管理中的具体应用措施。
