| 摘 要： | 被害人在刑事诉讼中的地位是刑事诉讼的重要问题。我国刑事诉讼法对被害人的诉讼地位和诉讼权利是重视的,赋予其较广泛的权利。但在司法实践中,保护被害人合法权益方面仍有一些不足,应当采取相应措施加以完善。

| Abstract: | In criminal proceedings, victims' status is an important matter. Currently, great importance is attached to victims' status of litigation and to their litigious rights in our country's Criminal Procedure Law. But, in judicial practice, we can still see some defects in the protection of victims' lawful rights. Therefore, we should take corresponding measures to perfect the related provisions. |
