The administrative functions of the Communist Party of China (CPC) saw in history the movement between unified ruling function, political ruling function, and the function of political, ideological and organizational ruling. The three forms of administrative functions of CPC, coming from specific historical backgrounds, are reasonable on the one hand and limited on the other. The administrative functions of CPC are decided by its nature, status and tasks. To examine the administrative functions of CPC from a historical perspective for its scientific orientation will allow CPC to play a greater leading role in administering state affairs, building a well-off society in an all-round way and revitalizing the Chinese nation.
