| 摘 要： | 在贵阳市建设循环经济的过程中,要在“以供定需”的大原则下有效的进行水资源的管理:用生态的观念来进行水资源的评价与规划;制订新法规来控制污染物的排放;合理配置水资源;制订合理的水价机制,明确水权制度,建立完善的水市场;制订科学规划,保持水土,涵养水源;大力发展科学技术,利用高新技术来治理污水。

| Abstract: | The effective management of water resource should be under the principle of set the needing amount based on the supply.This article presents some ideas in the management:The ecological view should be involved in the evaluation and planning of water resource;New regulations should be issued to control the discharge of pollutants;Water resource should be allocated reasonably; And establish perfect water market and so on. |
