| 摘 要： | 随着我国证券市场法律建设不断发展，我国证券业律师服务机制已初步形成。但该机制也存在一些问题而阻碍其功能的有效发挥。因而，完善我国证券业律师服务机制势在必需。这不仅要加强管理、提高律师的业务水平，还必须明确证券律师的执业价值、执业原则、法律责任和有关风险防范措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of the construction of legal system of securities market in China,the service mechanism of securities lawyers has already taken shape.But there arise some problems that have hindered the effectiveness in its function.It is high time to perfect the service mechanism of securities lawyers.Not only must the administration be strengthened and the lawyers' professional level improved,but also the lawyers' executive values and principles and their legal duty must be made clear and measures must be taken against risks. |
