| Abstract: | In China's history,the central government,established by whichever nationality,took"rule of virtue"without exception for a practical strategy to harmonize the relationships between nationalities.Thus"to rule the country with virtue"had become the important content of developing a unified multinational country.This is the important theory and practical experience accumulated in the course of China's historical development. |
