| 摘 要： | 教师的爱是教育的纽带,没有爱的教育是死亡的教育、失败的教育。爱的前提是：尊重学生、陶冶学生、宽容学生、平等地对待每一个学生。呼吁我们的老师多给学生一点微笑、鼓励、关心、温馨,少一点责骂、批评、惩罚、冷漠。

| Abstract: | Teachers' loves are bridges between them and their students.The education could be ended in failure or be lifeless without loves.The premise of the love is based on that all students are held in respect and get equal treatment.I appeal to our teachers for providing students more smiles,encouragements,concern and kindness instead of giving them blames,punishments or indifferency. |
