摘    要:教师专业发展注重教师个体的内在的专业性提高,技能熟练模式没有看到教师职业具有不确定性、情境性、非实证意义上的科学性、强烈的个体性等特点,反思型实践者模式把教师看成是抽象的理想对象,而教育行动研究模式集研究与实践、研究者与实践者于一体,是教师专业发展的理想路径.

Abstract:Teachers' professional development emphasizes the individual inner professional improvement,the skill model doesn't indicates the fact that teachers' occupation is uncertain,situational and has the empirical sense of scientific and strong individuality.Reflective-practitioners model regards teachers as Abstract objects while education behavior research model combines the research and practice,researchers and practitioners as a whole,which is a perfect road for teachers' professional development.
