| 摘 要： | 当前江西省迫切需要开展农村养老保险，同时客观上也具备了开展的可行性。传统农村养老保险存在某些不足，导致“窄覆盖”。江西省农村养老保险制度的重构不仅需要考虑现实情况，还需要综合考虑与农村其他制度、政策的结合问题。

| Abstract: | It is an urgent task for Jiangxi to reconstruct its endowment insurance system in the rural areas, which is also feasible. The old system has some demerits including low coverage rate. To renovate this system we need to take the existing condition into consideration, and combine with other factors including related policies and systems in the rural areas. |
