里耶秦简与秦地方官制

20世纪以来,新出土史料大量发现,特别是秦公牍文书的陆续出土,为秦地方官制研究工作的深入开展提供了极大的便利.那么,在前人研究的基础上,以里耶秦简为中心,结合传统文献,对秦地方官吏进行一次全面、系统的考察,分别从其名称、内涵、功用等不同方面进行考证和论述.补充和纠正了传统文献中有关秦地方官制的一些记载,可以进一步探寻到里耶秦简对于研究秦地方官制所具有的重要意义及其作用.

Liye Qinjian and the Prefectural System of the Qin Dynasty

Since the 20th century, the many discoveries of new unearthed historical data, especially continuous appearance of Qin official document have offered great facility for the research of prefectural system of the Qin Dynasty. On the basis that forefathers studies, combining with traditional document and regarding Liye Qinjian as a centre, this paper carries out an overall and systematic investigation to local government officers of the Qin Dynasty, and then respectively puts out textual research and discuss from the different aspect such as name, connotation, function etc. Supplement and correct some records about local government officers of the Qin Dynasty in traditional documents. Liye Oinjian to the research of the prefectural system of the Qin Dynasty has very important meaning and function.
