| Abstract: | To choose the law-making modes of the variety of using property,the author demonstrates the following points: the meaning of the variety of using property and its importance, comparisons of several law-making modes, and the problems that should be noticed in our country. In a word, we mustn't mechanically put any mode into poor use. We must pay attention to our own resources to choose the mode. |
