| 摘 要： | 本文从德国应用科技大学以培养应用性人才为目标，重视专业设置的应用性和针对性，以岗位需要为导向开展教学，强化实践教学地位，教学方法多样，教师聘任强调学术与实践统一，对学生进行个性化职业规划和就业指导等方面的特色进行探析，就我国高等职业教育的发展提出一些对策和建议。

| Abstract: | With the exploration and analysis on German University of Applied Science in its targeting shift on cultivating applicable talents, giving priority on application and pertinence in specialty establishment, starting teaching and education on duty - oriented requirement, enhancing position of experimental teaching diversity. Teachers＇ employment emphasizing unity on academy and practice, and instructing students＇ career designing and employment instructing , the essay proposed strategies and suggestions towards higher vocational education development in China. |
