| 摘 要： | 面临日益突出的资源性约束矛盾,转变经济增长方式是我们面临的一项重大课题。技术进步是经济增长方式转变的先决条件。技术进步与经济增长的融合有赖于生产性服务业的发展。生产性服务业能够引导技术进入生产过程、促进社会分工、影响技术创新的方向。当前,我国经济增长过程中生产性服务业的贡献比较低,反映出了我国粗放型经济增长的特征。改变我国经济增长方式的有效途径是发展生产性服务业。发展生产性服务业的关键是推进市场化、产业化、社会化。

| Abstract: | The prominent resource restraints confronts us with a great issue of shifting economy growth pattern.The progress of technology is the precondition of shifting economy growth pattern.How technical progress combines with shifting economy growth pattern depends on the development of the producer service industries.The producer service industries can introduce technology into production process,promote social division of labor,and influence orientation of technology innovation.At present,producer service industries contribute less to China's economy growth,which reflects the characteristic of an extensive economic growth.The essay concludes that the development of producer service industries is an effective approach to change the pattern of China's economy growth,while acceleration of marketization,industrialization and socialization is the key to develop the producer service industries. |
