| 摘 要： | 高校组织文化反映师生员工的共同价值观念系统,并渗透到学校管理、教育、科研各环节。高水准的高校组织文化对综合素质教育发生如下重大作用:促进人生观、价值观教育;提升学生科学文化素质;提高学生心理素质;增强学生综合能力。这些作用通过高校组织文化的引导、调控、宽容、合作、奖惩等五大功能实现。高校领导者思想观念的转变;高素质教师队伍的建设;对国际先进教育模式的借鉴;对群团、社团组织作用的重视,所起的共同合力十分重要。

| Abstract: | Institutional culture in colleges a nd universities constitues the system of the common concepts of the teach ing and administrative staff and students.The main functions the high -standard institutional culture performs in overall quality ed-ucation are as follows:to promote ed ucation in the outlook on life and values;to upgrade students' scientific and cultural qualities;to improve students' psychological quality;to strength en students' overall ability.These functions are realized by means of the guidance,regulation an d control,tolerance,cooperation,reward and punishment of the institu tional culture,In this regard,the joint forces formed by the change of college or universit y leaders' ideas,the development of highly qualified teachers,the use of the advanced education models for reference and the a ttention to the mass organizations a re of great significance. |
