| 摘 要： | 中国银行加入WTO后，将面临着与外资银行的直接竞争。鉴于国内银行业在资产规模、资产质量、资本数量、人员素质、管理水平、技术手段、盈利能力等方面的劣势，适时地对银行业的制度、业务、机构、资产等方面进行重组整合，是提高国内银行整体实力和竞争力的捷径。

| Abstract: | After China enters into WTO,the domestic bank will compete with foreign bank face to face.Because of its relative disadvantages in assets'quantity and quality,capital scale,personnel competencies,management skill,tools & techniques and profitability,the domestic bank must properly restructure its industry's system,business,structure,assets,etc.properly.Reengineering is a good way of reinforcing the Chinese bank's total strength and competitiveness. |
