| 摘 要： | 通过对三峡移民案件产生的原因、特点及法律法规体系的分析，指出现有三峡移民法律法规体系存在的主要问题以及由此给三峡库区移民法律适用所造成的困难。为三峡移民法律适用问题的有效研究提供了必要的前提和有针对性的研究对象。
