| 摘 要： | 在总结信息化企业中的组织变革并分析传统组织与以信息技术为基础的组织的区别的基础上,提出了对信息化企业里人力资源管理新的要求。结合我国企业信息化中存在的主要问题,提出了几点建议,从而为我国信息化企业人力资源管理创新提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the organization transformation of information enterprise and analyzing the differences between the traditional organization and the organization based on information technology, brings forward new requirements about human resources management in the information enterprise. Combining the primary problems existed in the enterprise information system of our country, puts forward some suggestions, which provide some beneficial references for human resources management in the information enterprise of our country. |
