| 摘 要： | 阐述了中国银行业 ,特别是国有商业银行在加入WTO之后面临的机遇与挑战 ,着重分析了WTO规则对中国银行业发展进程的影响 ,国有商业银行与外资银行的优劣势对比。并在此基础上 ,探讨了中国银行业未来的发展方向 ,提出了一系列有着积极意义的应对措施。

| Abstract: | The opportunities and challenges that the Chinese banks,especially the state-owned commercial banks,have been faced with after entering into WTO are expounded.The influences of the regulations of WTO on the developing process of the Chinese banks,the advantages and disadvantages between state-owned commercial banks and the foreign banks,are mainly analyzed.On that basis,the future developing ways of the Chinese banks are probed into and a series of countermeasures are put forward. |
