| 摘 要： | 中国古代的农本思想和对农业的激励政策,到战国时期已经发展到一个相当高的水平,既有战略高度的认识,又有非常务实的政策措施,并由此实现了富国强兵的战略目标,实践的效果非常显著.其中商鞅的农本思想和对农业的激励政策,进一步充实和发展了战国李悝提出的"尽地利之教"的农本思想,使之更为制度化和政策化了,表现出强烈的时代进取精神,值得分析借鉴.
