我国远洋渔船投入产出分析

远洋渔船的先进程度直接影响远洋渔业的发展。而中国远洋渔船陈旧老化、装备水平低,严重制约国家远洋渔业的发展,中国远洋渔船亟需更新。通过投入产出分析远洋渔船制造业结果表明,远洋渔船制造业投资依存度约为50%,属于依赖投资型产业,其部门感应度系数小于1,影响力系数大于1,属于低制约性、强辐射和产业关联度强的部门,可以作为优先发展的产业。远洋渔船制造业增加产量1.0时,引起除体育事业、公共管理和社会组织外120个产业部门产量的变化,其波及效果达到98.36%,且其他产业部门增加量总和为1.95,其产业关联面广,波及效果大,远洋渔船制造业的迅速发展会对其关联产业产生重要的带动作用和积极的影响。

On the Input and Output of the Deep-sea Fishing Vessel Building Industry

How deep-sea fishing vessels are advanced produces an immediate effect on the development of Chinese ocean-going fishery.Currently,however,Chinese deep-sea fishing vessels becoming outdated and losing efficiency as well as the low-level equipments is severely restricting Chinese deep-sea fishing industry from development.Chinese deep-sea fishing vessels need an urgent updating.The input and output are both analyzed of the deep-sea fishing vessel building industry.The conclusion is drawn that the dependence of the deep-sea fishing vessel building industry on investment is about 50%,which shows that the industry is one that depends on investment,whose coefficient of the extent of induction is less than 1 and whose coefficient of the extent of influence is more than 1,and viewed as a trade of lower conditionality and stronger dependence and stronger relationship with others,enjoying priority in development.When the output of the deep-sea fishing vessel building industry adds 1.0,it can cause the output of 120 industries to change apart from physical education,public management and social organizations.And its spread impact will arrive at 98.36% while the other industries will increase to 1.95 in sum.The rapid development of the deep-sea fishing vessel building industry will engender a greater influence on the relationship among industries.
