| Abstract: | The article mainly elucidates the essential roo ts resulting in the good and the bad influence in political affairs. The explanat ion comprises two aspects, one is the analyses of the intensive and extensive mea nings of moral, and the other is the comparison between moral ard law. We should try our best to advocate the atmosphere of a clean and honest administ ration, be concerned about the interests of the people at heart, and reconstruct a clean government. |
