| Abstract: | Under the background of WTO,the states in the world set off the movement of administrative reformation to innovate civil servant system in succession.China as the same is faced with serious challenges and valuable opportunities,so we must quicken the steps of the innovation and consummation of civil servant system.In the artile,the author emphasizes three aspects,which are innovation of administrative idea,development of human resources and strengthening of system procedure. |
