| 摘 要： | 社会结构的巨大变化使我国民族社会关系呈现出新的变化和新的特点,以法律手段规范和调整民族社会关系,不仅是世界范围内的共同课题,也缘于我国的历史启示和现实选择。应该不断努力完善民族法律规范体系,实现民族社会关系调整的法制化。

| Abstract: | The great changes of the social structure have brought about new changes and features of the ethnic social relationships in China.To regulate and adjust ethnic social relationships is not only a global subject but also due to the historical innovation and realistic choice of China.We should try our best to perfect the ethnic legal regulation system and realize the legalization of ethnic social relationships’ adjustment. |
