| 摘 要： | 中国古代历来重视以德服人，注重道德感化。历史上历朝历代都努力施行道德教化，并形成了一套行之有效的做法和自身的特点，强调善政不如善教和郡守的教化责任，注意以品行用人和“观物起兴”的实物教育。

| Abstract: | The ancient Chinese had always been paying attention to the role of virtue in education.Every dynasty in Chinese history did its best to discipline the people and worked out a series of effective methods.So ancient Chinese moral education had its own characteristics,insisting that good administration was inferior to good education and governors had the duty to turn his men into virtuous persons.Ancient Chinese chose men for public or private service by virtue and preferred teaching through exemplification. |
