| 摘 要： | 叙述了个人信用制度的含义,指出个人信用制度要发挥作用需要有两个前提,即完善的个人信用调查机制和规范的个人资信评估机制,在分析的基础上,提出我国个人信用体系构建的几点对策.

| Abstract: | The article introduces the concept of personal credit system and points out that the functions of the system need two preconditions:the first is investigation system of personal credit and the second is valuation system of personal credit.On the basis of the above analysis,the article puts forwards several countermeasures to China's personal credit systems. |
