| 摘 要： | 自由主义现代性的普遍主义允诺跟中国近代的特殊语境、时势和求富强赶超式工业化产生巨大的紧张关系,这造成中国自由主义者在民主与富强、主义与时势间的两难困境。1934～1937年民主与独裁论战中出现的"新专制主义"和"幼稚民主论"就是这种两难困境的产物。这种两难困境,揭示的是人类永恒面对的理想与现实的矛盾,具有普遍的意义。与时俱进是必然的,但坚守理想也是可贵的。

| Abstract: | The promise of general doctrine of the modernism of liberalism is contradictory with the special situation and the industrialism seeking strength and richness. The intense relationship made Chinese liberalists in a dilemma between democracy and strength, doctrine and current situation."New Absolutism"and"naive democracy"were the products of the debate between democracy and dictatorship in the years from 1934 to 1937. The dilemma situation shows the general contradiction faced by human beings. To advance with the times is necessary and to adhere to ideal is also valuable. |
