| 摘 要： | 对国家起源问题的科学回答是科学认识国家的本质、准确把握社会与国家关系的重要前提。马克思摘录吸收摩尔根《古代社会》中的合理思想,认为该著作为验证没有国家的＂氏族社会＂的长期存在＂提供了前所未有的事实根据＂,从中可以找到国家起源的物质动因和演化过程;批判梅恩《古代法制史讲演录》和拉伯克的《文明的起源和人类的原始状态》中的错误观念,认为国家不是先验存在的而是社会身上的＂赘瘤＂,并从物质和精神两个层面积极探寻国家从社会中起源的奥秘。马克思逝世后,恩格斯在《家庭、私有制和国家的起源》中对国家起源问题作了系统化理论化的阐述。

| Abstract: | To study the problem of state origin is an important prerequisite to get the scientific knowledge of the nature of state. Through the excerpt of reasonable ideas in Morgan＇s ＂Ancient Society＂, the material reasons and evolution of state origin can be found. Through the criticism of the false ideas in Mayne＇s ＂Lectures on the ancient legal history＂ and Lubbock＇s ＂Civilization and the original state of mankind＂, the mysteries of the society origin can be explored from material and mental levels. After Marx, Engels gave an systematic exposition of the state origin theory in Der Ursprung der Familie, des Privateigentums und des Stats. |
