大学生职业生涯规划的自我教育模式论析

摘    要:随着大学毕业生就业形势的日益严峻,高校现有职业生涯规划教育因其内容缺乏系统性、服务缺乏个性化、职业指导方法单一、服务人员素质和人数不足等多方面局限,已经无法满足现实需要。本文通过总结传统高校职业生涯教育的不足,分析自我教育作为主体性教育模式,其在弥补上述不足上的主要优势,由此探讨大学生职业生涯规划自我教育的基本内容和具体模式。

Abstract:With increasingly serious employment situation for current college graduates,old Professional Career Education in colleges were found inapplicability because of less systemic contents,lacking of individualized service,single method,small number and low quality of the service workers.In this article,the deficiency of old Professional Career Education was summarized and the advantages of Self-education as an educational pattern emphasizing students subjectivity were analyzed,Discussed about the contents and mode construction of Self - education mode for professional career planning of university students on this basis.
