| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是新时期的法治理念,带来了新一轮的法律革命。国有资产管理法的完善需要建立协调机制,宏观上须整合人性假设,选择适当的方法论及革新理念,微观上须在政企法律关系、资产平等化、企业社会责任法定化、利益相关者利益平衡等方面进行合理的制度设计。

| Abstract: | Being the rule by law concept in the new historical period,the harmonious society brings the new round of revolution in law.To perfect the state-owned property management law,it needs to establish the coordination mechanism.From the macroscopic angle,it requires to choose the suitable human nature supposition and methodology and to innovate the obsolete idea.From the microscopic angle,it demands the reasonable system design to carry out the lawful relations between government and business,the equality of capital,the enterprise society responsibility,benefit balance of stock holders,and so on. |
