| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO,随着市场经济的发展和深入,我国新闻传播业所面临的竞争形势越来越激烈。为了在竞争中取胜,当务之急是培养大批能够适应竞争需要的创新型新闻人才。文章论述了创新型新闻人才培养的必要性和具体途径。

| Abstract: | With China's accession to the WTO and the further development of the market economy, competition in the areas of broadcast and communications is ever increasing. For the time being the production of a large number of creative media talents who are adaptable to the competition is an essential step toward a advantageous position in the competition. This paper analyzes the necessity of and approaches to this step. |
