| 摘 要： | 市场经济主体多元化的发展,在促进经济社会发展的同时,也产生了多方面的影响:执政党的经济基础变得复杂了,经济主体的权利意识增强了,对法治的需求更加迫切了,也使一些人对党的理想与信念的认同度降低了。基于此,要加强党的执政能力建设,就必须扩大和加强党的执政基础,树立科学的执政理念,珍惜与丰富党的执政资源,有针对性地对多元经济主体进行理想与信念教育。

| Abstract: | The multiple market economy subject development, which develops during the promotion economic society,also has had the various influence:Incumbent party's economic basis becomes complex,economic subject's right consciousness strengthen,the law demand has been more urgent,and some people reduces to party's ideal and the faith approval.Based on this,the Party's ruling ability construction!must be strengthened,the Party's ruling foundation must be expanded and strengthened,and sets up science ruling idea,treasures with the rich Party's ruling resources,carries on the ideal and the faith education to the multiple economic subject. |
