| 摘 要： | 在不同的法律文化背景下,解决纠纷的方式和机制是不同的。文章通过对中国建立在儒家思想意识形态所构成的社会基础之上所产生的法律文化,以及美国人有着极强的权利观念,对法律有强烈的依赖所形成的法律文化的比较分析,指明了分析研究法律文化对于当前中国进行法治建设所起的启示作用。

| Abstract: | In different law cultures,there are different approaches and legal procedures for people to solve different disputes.The present paper compares and analyzes the Chinese law culture which is based on the Confucius ideology and the American one which conveys a strong flavor of law right held by the people in the U.S.and their reliance on the law system,and finally points out that the comparative study of different law cultures is instructive to the present law construction in China. |
