| 摘 要： | 本文从广东省心理健康教育工作的实际出发,分析了心理健康教育开展过程中遇到的问题,进行了社会心理、文化传统和教学管理多角度的反思,提出了高校开展心理健康教育工作的几点建议,以此探寻高校大学生心理健康教育的有效途径,突破心理健康教育工作瓶颈,为实现身心健康全面发展的教育目标提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper demonstrates the status quo of mental health education in Guangdong Province,analyzing problems encountered during the conduction and reflecting on social psychology,cultural traditions and teaching management of multi-angle.Suggestions on mental health education of colleges and universities had been made.This paper also explores the effective way in psychological health education of colleges,and tends to break through the bottleneck. |
