| 摘 要： | 企业性质的考察需要综合进行。从综合的角度考察企业的性质可以从三个层次展开。企业是生产力形成和发展的组织形式,是社会资源配置的一种方法,是生产和再生产特定经济关系的载体。社会主义市场经济体制下的企业改革应该着力从生产力的组织形式、资源配置的方法和特定经济关系的载体三个方面深入,使企业真正成为社会主义市场经济的微观经济主体。

| Abstract: | The nature of the firm should be investigated comprehensively from three levels.Firms,as the organization form of the formation and development of productive force and the means of social resourees collocation,is the carrier of the production and reproduction of certain economic relation.The firm reform in Socialist economic mechanism should be carried out from the above three levels so as to enable firm to be the micro-economic subject of socialist market economy. |
