| 摘 要： | 通过对1997年至2000年我国连续4年农民收入下降原因的深入分析,提出增加农民收入的一些措施,认为增加农民收入需要大力推进农业结构的战略性调整,强化实施"科教兴农"发展战略,切实减轻农民负担,合理转移农村剩余劳动力,着力实现农业信息化以及加大对农业的支持、保护力度。

| Abstract: | In four successive years from 1997 to 2000, farmers' income in our country decreased. Reasons for this decrease are analyzed in this paper, and some measures are proposed to increase the farmers' income. It is argued that the farmers' income can never be increased if strategic adjustment of the agricultural structure is not promoted, the strategy of rejuvenating agriculture through science and education is not carried out, the farmers' financial burden is not lightened substantially, the excessive agricultural labor force is not transferred reasonably, information technology (IT) is not adopted in agriculture, or support and protection of the agricultural industry are not reinforced. |
