| 摘 要： | 政绩观直接反映了领导干部从政的价值取向。对待党的事业和人民利益的正确态度,是领导干部树立正确政绩观的思想基础。而树立正确的政绩观,是在新的历史条件下落实科学发展观的迫切要求,也是加强党的执政能力建设的一个重要课题。本文在分析错误政绩观的集中体现和严重危害的基础之上,阐述了科学发展观和正确的政绩观的深刻内涵。作者以美国绩效成果法的成功经验为借鉴,呼吁:尽快推行法制层面的绩效考核体系,以帮助正确的政绩观的树立。
