| Abstract: | John Dewey's and Paul Monroe's visit to China originated from their deep friendship with National Southeast University (Nanjing Higher Normal School). National Southeast University not only invited them to China, but also functioned as the main base of their activities in China. Their words and deeds, to a certain extent, make National Southeast University become an important academic place of the modern education research. |
