| 摘 要： | 中国少数民族犯罪 ,是一种新的犯罪类型 ,它是从犯罪行为人类型出发 ,根据犯罪行为人的民族身份对犯罪进行类型化研究。本文通过对贵州十大世居少数民族犯罪调查和走访 ,考察犯罪现象 ,分析犯罪规律 ,探讨犯罪原因。
