航空事业的繁荣与大学的使命 ——在航空百年高峰论坛上的发言

世界航空科技中心的转移 ,与世界科学中心及高等教育教育中心的转移密切相关。中国已经具备发展成为世界航空大国的基本条件。航空航天重点大学要担负起进一步繁荣我国航空事业的历史使命 ,必须面向建设航空大国的目标 ,全面实现大学的社会职能 ;必须面向航空事业对“三高”人才的需求 ,形成精英教育与大众化教育并存的局面 ;必须面向航空事业的现代化 ,注重人才知识结构的优化配置 ;必须面向航空科技的重大跨越 ,把培养创新能力放在首位 ;必须面向航空事业的可持续发展 ,走产学研相结合的道路

The Prosperity of Aviation Career and the Missions of Universities

The transference of world aviation center is closely related to that of world science center and that of world higher education center. China has met the essential requirements for a world aviation giant. To undertake the historic mission of further prospering China's aviation career, China's key universities of aeronautics and astronautics are confronted with the following challenges: to fulfill the social functions of universities comprehensively for the construction of an aviation giant; to create the coexistence of elite education and popular education so as to train "three types of advanced" personnel to meet the needs of aviation career; to lay stress on the optimal modification of personnel's knowledge structure for the modernization of aviation career; to put the cultivation of creativity in the first place in order to keep pace with the significant transcendence of astronautics; to combine industry, teaching, and research so as to achieve the sustainable development of aviation career.
