| 摘 要： | 随着就业形势的日益严峻以及金融危机的冲击,大学生就业难问题越来越突出.论文针对图书馆开展大学生就业指导工作,以高校本科大学生为研究对象,对河北省8所高等院校进行了调研,分析了当前高校图书馆服务大学生就业指导工作的现状,结合图书馆服务大学生就业指导工作的优势和不足,提出了图书馆服务大学生就业的对策,为构建图书馆大学生就业服务体系提供理论和现实依据. |
