| 摘 要： | 根据与收费联系紧密的文凭、培养方式,列举了对外经贸大学等院校相关合作办学收费情况,分析得出目前中外合作办学收费的特点,从而界定在中国境内合作办学机构(或项目)提供教育所收取的费用是我国政府收费管理的主要对象,通过分析合作办学收费过程中出现的问题,明确了研究中外合作办学收费管理的主要内容。 |

| Abstract: | The paper starts with theChinese lawsand regulationsin relation with cooperation in running schoolsas a guidance for tuition charging. It also analyzes the current situation of tuition charging throughout China aswell as the features of cooperative schools and problems involved in charging. The final goal of the paper is todefine tuition charging and its management. |
