农林院校女大学生就业实证分析——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘    要:从就业过程、就业结果、就业竞争力,影响就业因素等方面对西北农林科技大学应届女毕业生在就业过程所面临的性别歧视问题进行实证分析,指出大学生在就业中存在着性别差异,女生学习能力高于男生,但活动能力较弱,性别特征减少了女生的就业机会,降低了其就业质量。并就女大学生的就业歧视问题和提高其自身竞争力提出了一些针对性建议。

Abstract:The employment difficulty of female students under the special background in agricultural and forestry universities has become more and more severe. Through analysis of female graduates, it is proved that female graduates have less opportunity of employmem than male graduates because of sex reason, and some specific recommendations are provided to enhance their competitiveness.
